We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God. It is without error and is the final authority in all matters pertaining to our everyday lives.

We believe in the one living and true God, eternally existing in perfect unity as three equally and fully divine Persons: Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.  

We believe God the Father is the creator of all things. He orders all things according to His own purpose and grace. As the only absolute and omnipotent ruler in the universe, He is sovereign in creation, providence, and redemption. He is holy, righteous, and loving.

 

We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He is fully God, and He took the form of a man. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross as a perfect sacrifice for the sins of the world, was buried, was raised from the dead on the third day, ascended to Heaven, and will return a second time to earth.

 

We believe the Holy Spirit is fully God. The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, of righteousness and of judgment. The Holy Spirit dwells in each believer and effects a positive change of heart, mind and life. The Holy Spirit distributes spiritual gifts to each believer according to His will for the common good.

 

We believe that sin has separated each of us from God and His purpose for our lives.

 

We believe salvation is by God’s grace through faith alone in Jesus Christ. It is the free gift of God, neither merited nor secured by any virtue or work of man, but received only by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, in whom all true believers have the gift of eternal life.

 

We believe that the true church comprises all who have been justified by God’s grace through faith alone in Christ alone. They are united by the Holy Spirit in the body of Christ, of which He is the Head. We believe that the local church is an assembly of believers coming together for the purpose of worship and mutual edification. The mission of the church is to carry out the Great Commission and the Great Commandment.
